Bellini is a cocktail with peaches and prosecco, created at Harry's Bar in Venice. The original Bellini is made with white peaches, but it works great with regular peaches as well. This is a drink that is commonly served to festive teams in Italy. A refreshing drink that is perfect in the summer.

0,5 pcs lemon (juice only)

Start by making the peach puree. In this video you will see how to do it. Fill 1/4 of the glass with peach puree and top with Prosecco. Stir and serve ice cold!
