Drink of the week - Sexy passion fruit cocktail - Pornstar Martini
This delicious passion fruit cocktail with fresh vanilla is served with a shot of sparkling wine.
Ingredients
- 4 cl vodka
- 3 cl passoa liqueur
- 3 cl sugar brine
- 0,3 pcs vanilla bean
- 2 pcs passion fruit
- 1 skive star fruit for garnish
I got a tip from a friend of mine that I should bring this cocktail as the drink of the week. Is this the ultimate summer drink? The taste is fresh, sour and with a touch of vanilla. The small shot with sparkling wine you can pour into the cocktail or drink separately. I will definitely make many of these in the future.
Step 1
Start by dividing two passion fruits in two. Scrape out the contents and add it to the blender. Scrape out the seeds of 1/4 vanilla bean and place in the blender along with the rest of the ingredients and some ice cubes. Run to a smooth liquid. If I am going to make a lot of drinks, I like to buy some passion fruit puree in addition to fresh passion fruit.
Step 2
Pour the drink through a small strainer into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of star fruit and serve with a shot of sparkling wine.
