I got a tip from a friend of mine that I should bring this cocktail as the drink of the week. Is this the ultimate summer drink? The taste is fresh, sour and with a touch of vanilla. The small shot with sparkling wine you can pour into the cocktail or drink separately. I will definitely make many of these in the future.

Step 1

Start by dividing two passion fruits in two. Scrape out the contents and add it to the blender. Scrape out the seeds of 1/4 vanilla bean and place in the blender along with the rest of the ingredients and some ice cubes. Run to a smooth liquid.
