Garlic dressing - made from yogurt and delicious flavors!

This is a fresh, healthy and tasty dressing that is perfect for grilled food or a salad. This dressing is very easy to make and is done in a few minutes. The fresh delicious taste of the Greek yogurt together with good herbs and flavors makes this a winner at the summer table.

  • 1 can Greek yogurt (small)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp cummin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pcs lime (juice)
  • 0,5 tsp chili spice
  • fresh coriander

This is a quick and good dressing, but will be even better if it is left for a while in the fridge. Find a bowl and add the whole box of yogurt. Add all the spices, lime, olive oil and finely chop a small handful of coriander (save a little for garnish). Crush the garlic cloves, add and stir well.

Step 2

Taste if you want more of any of the flavors. Try to make it fit sour, strong, sweet, etc. When you think it tastes great, it is perfect for you!

Put on plastic wrap and put in the fridge. Leave for at least 15 minutes, but it will be even better if it is allowed to stand for a while longer. When you serve it, take off the plastic and decorate with a little more fresh coriander. This dressing is very suitable for grilled meat and dressings or as a dip for vegetables.
