Ingredients
- 8 pcs good tomatoes
- 1 pcs sweet peppers
- 1 pcs red chili
- 0,5 pcs red onion
- 2 pcs clove of garlic
- 1 pcs cucumber
- 1 dl extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp sherry vinegar
- 0,5 tsp sugar
- 3 dl water
- salt and pepper
Liquid salad is probably named because none of the ingredients here are heat-treated. This famous Spanish dish originates from the Andalucia area, but is eaten throughout Spain. A cold tomato soup with lots of good taste. Here you are done with "5 a day" while enjoying a cold tomato soup. Of course, there are many different recipes and versions of such a popular dish, but this one is very true to the original recipes and tastes incredibly good!
Step 1
In a dish like this, the quality of the vegetables is incredibly important to get the best possible taste. Roughly cut all the vegetables and place in a bowl.
Step 2
Pour everything into a blender together with olive oil, vinegar (sherry vinegar), salt, pepper and water. Run to a perfectly smooth soup. You can adjust the thickness of the gazpacho with more water. Store in the refrigerator until serving.
Step 3
Pour into a plate or glass and garnish with cubes of cucumber, parsley, chili and a few good drops of olive oil. Now you can enjoy a delicious cold Spanish tomato soup. Fits well all year round, but extra lovely on a hot summer day. Good luck.
