I think this is a very good way to serve tacos. Enjoyed with nacho chips, wheat tortillas and other accessories you like. The taste is much better when you make tacos yourself instead of buying. With this recipe you also get lots of vegetables and it is easy to make. Next time you are going to have a taco I recommend trying this one.

- 200 gram cheddar cheese

- 1 pcs yellow pepper
- 1 pcs lime (juice only)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cummin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy
- salt and pepper
- neutral oil.
- coriander for garnish

Step 1
Find a frying pan, a saucepan and a fireproof pan. Set the oven to 210 degrees hot air.
Step 2
Fry the beef mince in two rounds in a hot pan. It is best when the meat is fried and not cooked. Season the meat gently with a little salt and pepper. As soon as the meat is ready, you just pour it into the fireproof pan and continue to fry until you are done.
Step 3
Start by pouring a little neutral oil into the pan and set on a little over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and cook until golden.
Step 4
Add finely chopped garlic and tomato puree and cook for another 3 minutes. Tomato puree gets much better after it is fried a little.
Step 5
Pour in the canned tomatoes and chilibeans.
Step 6
Add lime juice, soy and the other spices. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes. Grate the cheddar cheese or the type of cheese you like to use. Put half in the sauce and mix in. We use the rest of the cheese for topping.
Step 7
Pour the sauce into the pan with the fried beef mince and mix well. Sprinkle over the rest of the cheese and put the whole pan into the hot oven. Leave for 10 minutes.
Step 8
Put the whole pan on the table and serve with wheat tortillas, naco chips, sour cream, lime and other accessories you like for tacos. Good luck.
