I have received many questions about how I make sauce for Christmas dinner and here it comes. For me, good tastes are important. If you have made ribs with my method you will be left with a fantastic broth. I think the rib meal is so fatty that it needs a little good acidity in the sauce. To bring this out, I mix the broth together with a deliciously spicy apple broth. Apple and rib are an excellent combination and this sauce has lots of good flavors of Christmas.

A good sauce makes the meal perfect! This is a bit sour, but I think a rib sauce should be. The combination of pork broth with vegetables and apple juice gives a fantastic result. ALWAYS REMEMBER TO TASTE THE SAUCE !! I can not say this many enough times. Adjust with a little salt, pepper, etc. to get a perfect balance.
