I love the taste of this green curry. Delicious fresh flavors of herbs and chili that give a taste feast in the mouth. Make a large portion and place the rest in an airtight box in the refrigerator until use. I often leave 2 dinners in the fridge and the rest I freeze in suitable boxes for 1 dinner. Green curry is the starting point for many good dishes. There will be more recipes with this curry in the future on the page. You can buy alternatives in the store, but the homemade is much better! I have Norwegianized the recipe so you can find most of the ingredients at a grocery store nearby.
Step 1
Start by shaking the spices in a dry pan. Turn on medium heat and cook the spices for 5-10 minutes until you get a delicious spice smell in the kitchen.
Step 2
Start by pouring the spices into the blender / food processor so that it becomes a powder before adding the rest. Peel and coarsely chop the rest of the ingredient and rinse off the herbs. Pour all this into the blender along with the spices. Cut off the peel or use a zest iron to get the peel from the lime and juice. Pour everything into the blender and pour in the oil and fish sauce. Let this mixture run at high speed for 5-10 minutes until you get a smooth and nice mass.
Step 3
Now the green curry is ready for use. Put the leftovers in suitable boxes or freezer bags. It's smart to customize each bag for 1 dinner for your family. Now you have many good dinners to look forward to. There will be more recipes on the page in the future. Good luck.
