Ingredients

Pad Thai is one of Thailand's most famous dishes. Here I show how easy it is to make this dish. You may have to stop by an "immigrant store" to buy some of the ingredients, but you can get most at your local grocery store. The recipe also has video to show the whole process. The dish has a perfect combination of salty, sour, sweet and strong!

Step 1

Start by finding a bowl of hot water and put the rice noodles in the water so they become soft.

Step 4

Cut the chicken into small pieces and place in the frying pan. Cook for a few minutes on high heat until the chicken is approaching cooked through. Cut tofu into cubes and place together with the chicken in the frying pan. Fry a little more, and add the rice noodles.

Step 5

Pour over the Pad Thai sauce and simmer until the noodles are ready. You can refill with more water if needed. When the noodles are ready and the chicken is done, the dish is immediately ready. Add the vegetables, peanut eggs and mix well.
