Smoothie is an easy way to get important nutrition.
Ingredients
- 200 gram spinach
- 1 pcs avocado
- 1 pcs lime
- 1 pcs kiwi
- 1 klump ginger (like the thumb)
- 5 dl iced green tea
- 8 pcs ice cubes
Sometimes the body needs a little boost of nutrition and vitamins. I think this green smoothie is very good and it is very easy to make. You can, of course, vary the amount of fruit and vegetables in a smoothie, but I think it's best when it's not too sweet.
Step 1
This is very simple and with a powerful blender the job becomes even easier. Start by rinsing the spinach and placing in the blender. I make the green tea the day before and put it in the fridge so it is ice cold. Remove shell and add the rest of the ingredients in the blender. Pour over the liquid and ice cubes.
Step 2
The time will vary depending on how powerful your blender is. Run the contents of the blender until you have a completely smooth and nice smoothie.
Step 3
Pour into some nice glasses and serve. This smoothie can be enjoyed alone or as an accompaniment to a meal. It tastes refreshing and good and contains lots of good nutrition for the body. Good luck.
