Homemade pasta with truffle - A little taste of heaven!

Ingredients
- 200 gram spaghetti (preferably homemade)
- 40 gram fresh truffle
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp boiling water from pasta
- 30 gram grated parmesan
- 1 cloves garlic
Truffles are unfortunately very expensive, but once a year I have to have the delicious taste of truffles! When I first enjoy such a good and exclusive raw material, I want to give it the most respect and enjoy it the best possible. Homemade pasta with a mild butter sauce, a little parmesan and truffle is magically good!
Step 1
You can of course buy ready-made pasta of good quality, but for this dish I take the time to make fresh pasta.

Step 2
Find a large pan and add some of the butter. Let this melt on medium heat and add 1 whole clove of garlic (this we take out afterwards) and some of the fresh truffle.
Step 3
Boil the pasta in salted water until it is al dente (slightly undercooked) Take the spaghetti out of the water and place in the pan. Save on the boiling water for the spaghetti.
Step 4
Turn off the heat on the pan with the spaghetti and add the cold butter and a little of the boiling water. Mix well until you get a thin butter sauce. The sauce should stick to all the spaghetti. Sprinkle with a little more fresh truffle and grated parmesan. Adjust with the boiling water to perfect consistency. Pour onto a plate and finish with even more sliced truffle slices. Now just enjoy a wonderful meal! Good luck.
