Italian pasta with Chorizo and squash - dinner in less than 20 minutes.
I love pasta! I can never live on low carb, I'm just too fond of pasta, bread and pizza. Pasta is for me super everyday food.
Ingredients
- 1 pcs large chorizo sausage
- 1 pcs red onion
- 1 pcs squash
- 0,5 can grilled peppers
- fresh pasta
- olive oil
- fresh mozzarella
- parmesan
- basil
- salt and pepper
The pasta itself comes in extremely many varieties and there are no fewer recipes for the pasta. I think this dish is very good! No sauce, but the slightly spicy oil that comes from the chorizo along with the squash. Squash has the ability to attract lots of flavor from what it is fried with. I also have onions and grilled peppers in this recipe. It is incredibly important to mix pasta and sauce together. This makes the delicious spicy sauce stick to the pasta. When you also stir in fresh, mozzarella, parmesan and basil leaves, it tastes heavenly!
Step 1
Start by finding a large pan and fill with water. Add a little oil and salt. Use this to cook the pasta. Heat until the water boils.
Step 2
Find a frying pan and add a little olive oil. Cut the chorizo into small pieces to place in the pan.
Step 3
Finely chop squash and red onion and combine with the sausage pieces.
Step 4
Bake on a little over medium heat. Add a few pieces of grilled paprika. Now this should be allowed to enjoy until the squash has become a little soft and the pasta is done.
Step 5
Cut the parmesan and mozzarella into small pieces and grate a good handful of basil leaves.
Step 6
When the pasta is ready, add it straight to the frying pan together with the other ingredients and stir well. Add the cheeses and basil just before serving and turn inside out.
Step 7
Finish with a little more good olive oil, salt and pepper. Pour onto a plate and enjoy a fantastic dinner! Viva Italia! Good luck.
