  • 1 can canned tomatoes

  • 7 dl chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp curry
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

The One-Pot method, which means everything in one pan, has become very popular because it is so simple. You can prepare the pan the night before if you want and all you have to do is boil the contents, put on the lid and wait for 20 minutes. Here is a very good and nutritious dinner with sausages, sweet potatoes and lots of good vegetables.

Cut all the vegetables and sausages into cubes.

Measure out cold chicken broth or use cold water with chicken fond, stir in cornstarch and spices. Pour this into the pan.

Step 3

Pour the sauce and the canned tomatoes into the pan and then put in all the vegetables and sausages. Mix and set on medium + heat until the liquid starts to boil.

Set down to medium heat and put on the lid. Wait 20 minutes and dinner is ready.
