Pasta Aglio - Delicious taste of garlic and chili

  • 4 tbsp good quality olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper

This has been my pasta favorite this summer. Quality pasta with a garlic and chili oil. The whole thing is topped with fresh parsley leaves. Sometimes simple is absolutely amazing! There are some tricks to succeed with this dish. When there are so few ingredients, it is important that they are of good quality. Here I use an extra good olive oil and pasta of good quality. Step 1

Start by filling a pan with water and add plenty of salt to the water (if you are happy with the amount of salt in the water, add a little more). When the water boils, add the pasta.

Step 2

Find a pan or frying pan with a high rim and add the olive oil. Add garlic and chili flakes. Let this warm up from cold to medium hot. It is important to follow so that the garlic is not burnt.

Step 3

When the pasta is done, pour the pasta into the pan with oil. Also add 1 tablespoon of the boiling water together with the oil. Turn off the heat on the pan and stir well so that all the pasta is covered with the good oil. Finely chop parsley leaves and sprinkle over the dish.

Now the dish is ready! It is also very good with finely grated parmesan for this dish. Transfer to plate and serve.
