Shrimp and mango salad - Colorful, healthy and very good!

Ingredients
Shrimp and mango salad
- 700 gram shrimp
- 1 pcs salad
- 1 pcs mango
- 0,5 pcs cucumber
- 0,5 pcs red onion
- 0,5 pcs red chili
- 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- some fresh coriander
Dressing
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Fresh shrimp go very well in salads. In this colorful salad there are lots of good flavors and perfect if you want a healthy dinner. You can vary with content you like in the salad and do not have to follow the recipe exactly. Shrimp, mango and the delicious dressing are the magic here!
Step 1
I start by peeling the shrimp and cutting up all the ingredients completely. This makes it very easy to mix together just before serving. You can also do this as preparations earlier in the day and store in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Mix together fish sauce, honey and lime juice. Taste so you get a perfect balance between acidity and sweetness.
Step 3
Put all the ingredients neatly in a bowl and pour over the dressing. Mix well so everything is easily covered with the dressing. Finish with some fresh herbs and pomegranate seeds. Now you can enjoy a delicious and colorful salad with shrimp.
