  • 200 gram butter
  • 1 dl soy sauce
  • 1 handful finely chopped coriander
  • 1 pcs red chili
  • 1 pcs lime

Soy butter provides a perfect combination of browned butter and salt from the soy sauce. When you finish adding fresh herbs and chili, this will be very good. This sauce for white fish is an enchanting combination.

Step 1

Start by melting the butter on a little over medium heat. You should now brown the butter. Stir regularly in the pan so that the butter does not burn. It will start to froth and boil in the butter. When the bubbles stop, you feel a good smell and the butter has turned brown, the browning butter is ready. Cool the butter before mixing with the soy.
