Spicy grilled Sirachalaks - So easy and incredibly good!!
This was so good and the recipe is very easy! In addition, the dish takes very little time to prepare. So this must be tried. Siracha is a chili sauce that you can find in all grocery stores.
Ingredients
- 500 gram Frøya midloin
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp siracha sauce
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 pcs spring onion
- 1 pcs red chili
- salt and pepper
Step 1
Start by seasoning the salmon with salt and pepper. Mix together the mayonnaise and Sirach sauce. I recommend using American mayonnaise such as Heinz or Hellmanns in this recipe. Brush the fish with the mayonnaise mixture and fire up the grill.
Step 2
Grill the fish over direct heat. This takes a short time and the aim of grilling is to get a roasting crust and a core temperature of just under 50 degrees. Then it will be perfect. Grill on both sides.
Step 3
When the fish is ready, place it on a serving tray. Put on a few extra strips of siracha sauce if you like it a little spicy. Cut spring onion and chilli into thin strips and sprinkle over. Now you can enjoy a delicious grilled salmon dish. Good luck.
