Now it has become easier to get fresh tuna fish and that makes me happy. Tuna fish is a raw material I have a very mixed relationship with. Good quality fresh tuna fish tastes lovely and the version pressed into a can is at the very other end of the scale for me. Here I will show you how to fry fresh tuna fish perfectly and avocado salad with delicious flavors.
Step 1
Find the ingredients and place them on the bench.
Step 2
When I make this dish, I start with the dressing because if the avocado is left outside for a long time without the dressing, it quickly turns a little brown and we want the nice green color. Start by mixing the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl and stir well.
Step 3
Now it's time for the avocado salad, so find a big bowl. Cut the avocado with a sharp knife lengthwise until you hit the stone in the middle. Twist the avocado and it splits with the stone left in the middle. Remove the stone and use a spoon to scrape out the avocado. Cut into pieces and place in the bowl. Finely chop cucumber and red onion and mix with the avocado. Pour 2/3 of the dressing over the avocado salad and mix well. The rest of the dressing we will pour over the fried tuna fish at the end.
Step 4
Find a frying pan and set on fairly high heat. Spread a little neutral oil on the tuna fish and season with plenty of salt and pepper. When the pan is hot, add the tuna fish and you will hear the sound of something being fried. If it is quiet from the frying pan, the temperature is too low. It is extremely important that tuna fish is not fried too much. Bake for a few minutes on each side so that it has a nice crust on both sides, but is raw in the middle. Take the tuna fish off the pan and place on the cutting board. Cut into slices and pour over the rest of the dressing.
Step 5
Now all that remains is to put together the dish. Place the avocado on a plate or distribute portionwise per plate. Top with slices of lightly fried tuna fish. Sprinkle with plenty of sesame seeds, pomegranate seeds and a little finely chopped parsley. Now it's ready to enjoy a delicious and nutritious dish. Good luck.
